The machine has two
motors, one to drive the knife shaft and the second to drive the grinding
wheel. The assemblies are mounted on a heavy and substantial cast iron base
The machine will
accommodate circular knives up to 500mm diameter. Other sizes on request
To achieve maximum
stability and efficiency, the grinding wheel is mounted directly on the
motor
Adjustments are made
using quick release clamp levers. Accurate facilities are provided for all
grinding angles
Grinding, feed and limit,
and deburring if required is automatic which avoids the inaccuracies
and variations of hand grinding
