    Laminator / Winder   

Stop feed sheeters of both 1500mm and 1700mm width have a dual unwind station for unwinding base material of foam/rubber /plastic together with an adhesive coated roll.  After the materials are laminated together the web is passed through the slitting and cross cut knives to produce a sheeted product.

 

This dedicated laminating machine includes an infrared heating system for activating the adhesive prior to lamination.
